Welcome to the final chapter of the Wellness4Rest journey—the one that ties everything together. Code: Reboot isn’t just about slowing down; it’s about learning how to truly restore yourself, inside and out. This course is the last, yet the most essential, piece of the puzzle—where deep rest meets mindful recovery, and where your body finally finds its rhythm.

Following the same structure as the previous courses, Code: Reboot is developed in four modules, each building upon the last. Over the course of four weeks, with one 135-minute session per week, participants will learn practical techniques to release tension and manage stress, understand how to improve sleep quality for deeper rest, explore how sustainable habits are formed, and discover the power of mindfulness in achieving true recovery.

This is more than a reset—it’s your personal guide to feeling whole.

Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques
